Ombudsperson Luisser welcomed delegation from Saxony-Anhalt

The meeting focused on the mandate of the Ombudsman Board and its practical implementation. Particular attention was paid to the differences in the working methods of the Petitions Committee and the Ombudsman Board. The Petitions Committee showed great interest in the weekly television program “Bürgeranwalt” (Citizens' Advocate), in which the ombudspersons present selected cases. The citizen-oriented and efficient handling of complaints by the Ombudsman Board was also a central topic of discussion.
