Ombudsman Luisser: Disabled car park finally satisfactorily signposted

Ombudsman Christoph Luisser reported on a successfully resolved case in "Nachgefragt": a woman had complained because her husband's personal disabled parking space was so badly marked that the stopping and parking ban was hardly noticed and the car park was often blocked. Luisser discussed the case with the head of Vienna's MA 46 (Traffic Organisation and Technical Traffic Matters) on the programme "Bürgeranwalt" (Citizens' Advocate), who finally agreed: the parking space was moved a few metres and the sign indicating the disabled parking space was placed in a more visible position in the direction of travel. In the meantime, there are no more problems with parking offences. Ombudsman Luisser personally thanked the head of MA 46 and his department for this acceptable solution.
